The Rehabilitation Center is located in the heart of Spain´s Sierra Morena, the largest area of ecological olive oil production in all Europe. Part of the occupational therapy for the residents is the work of caring for and harvesting the fruit of the 800 olive trees on the property, wich have had, for the last ten years, certification from the Andalusian Commitee for Ecological Agriculture. The olives are processed and their oil packeged by the Pedroches Olive Cooperative in Pozoblanco (wich has the largest production of ecological olive oil in the world), of wich we are members.Health & Solidarity
